Kirby Canvas Curse

In this all new adventure; Dreamland has been transformed into a painting by an evil witch named Drawcia. When our pink hero Kirby meets her; she transforms him into a ball and makes her escape. Kirby is left with little choice but to set off on an adventure to return both himself and the world to normal. To help Kirby on his way; players make use of a mysterious Power Paintbrush which the sorceress left behind. This allows players to interact with the painted world in a variety of ways.

Kirby Power Paintbrush has a different control method to any other platform game seen to date. Kirby constantly rolls from one side of the screen to another allowing players to manipulate his movements with the Nintendo DS stylus and help him overcome obstacles by drawing rainbow-colored lines and paths for him to follow. The player can draw paths of any type including complex loop the loops and steep slopes to overcome the various puzzles encountered.
